Consider ways that you can enhance the alignment of your team with your business vision and ambitions, and boost your team's experience working for you.
Profit
The amount of attention you pay to your business profit needs to increase. Whether it's building your wealth, using tools to track your profit and cashflow, or regularly reviewing your pricing, there is an opportunity to make some changes. Consider the ways you can address these aspects of the profit category, as well as having alternate suppliers for each product (or service) you provide.
Promotion
Your marketing and promotion require some work. It seems as though you are not yet delivering on your brand promise, your messaging is not yet memorable to your ideal client, and your solutions may not yet drive commercial outcomes for your customers.
