Consider where you could make tweaks to your processes to enhance your systems.

Your products are quite strong. You have an understanding of what your customers need, and how your product is a better fit than others on the market. While your results are promising, challenge yourself to think about how your product can become the 'go-to' option in your industry. How can you be more innovative and bold and stand out to your potential customers?

People

Your people and your team are doing well. You generally lead with process rather than emotion, your team know and understand their roles, and you are generally able to retain talent. While your results are promising, consider ways that you can further clarify roles and expectations, use process to lead difficult conversations, and build capacity in your team.

Profit

Your profit and understanding of how to keep your business profitable are quite good. Whether it's building your wealth, using tools to track your profit and cashflow, or regularly reviewing your pricing, consider the ways you can make small improvements to your current practices; as well as having alternate suppliers for each product (or service) you provide. 

Promotion

Your marketing and promotion are quite good. You are delivering on your brand promise, and your messaging is getting to your ideal clients. Consider the quick wins you can have in this category, including how your marketing can actively build trust with potential prospects, and how your product can further enhance commercial outcomes for your clients.
