Your results in this category are fantastic, but if it was the lowest of the five, challenge yourself to think about how you can continue to be innovative and bold in the future. What does the next 3-5 years look like? How will your products evolve with the market?

People

Your people and your team are doing well. You lead with process rather than emotion, your team know and understand their roles, and you are retaining talent. Your results in this category are very strong; and you can still use this opportunity to reflect on ways that you can further clarify roles and expectations for your team, lean into difficult conversations, and build capacity in your team.

Profit

Your profit and understanding of how to keep your business profitable are quite good. Whether it's building your wealth, using tools to track your profit and cashflow, or regularly reviewing your pricing, consider the ways you can make small improvements to your current practices; as well as having alternate suppliers for each product (or service) you provide. 

Promotion

Your marketing and promotion are strong. You are delivering on your brand promise, and your messaging is effective, targeted and growing your brand. If this is your lowest category of the five, consider the quick wins you can have, including how your marketing can further build trust with potential prospects, and how your product can maximise commercial outcomes for your clients.
