Get creative about ways you can be more innovative and bold. Challenge yourself to think about how your product can become the 'go-to' option in your industry.
People
Your people and your team need some attention. You may be leading with emotion, your team may not know or understand their roles, and as a result, you might be finding it tricky to retain talent. Consider ways that you can enhance the alignment of your team with your business vision and ambitions, and boost your team's experience working for you.
Profit
Rethink the amount of attention you pay to your business profit. Whether it's building your wealth, using tools to track your profit and cashflow, or regularly reviewing your pricing, there is an opportunity to make some improvements. Consider the ways you can address the above aspects of the profit category, as well as having alternate suppliers for each product (or service) you provide.
Promotion
Your marketing and promotion requires some attention. You may not consistently be delivering on your brand promise, and your messaging may not yet memorable to your ideal clients. Consider the quick wins you can have, including how your marketing can actively build trust with potential prospects, and how your product can enhance commercial outcomes for your clients.
