As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.
Arrival and resort check-in. Guests are welcomed with a traditional Balinese blessing ceremony and Bali cultural workshop. Evening

Monday Arrival & Connection
Morning yoga and mindfulness session followed by Success Map development workshops focusing on legacy, values, vision,
10-Year Horizon and 3-Year Goals. Afternoon learn-to-surf experience. Evening group dinner.
Tuesday Designing the Future
Wednesday Strategy Into Execution
Morning yoga followed by Success Map development focused on One-Year Game Plans, 90-Day Campaigns, systems, promotion, people and execution. Afternoon Balinese cooking class with a local chef. Evening group dinner.
Throughout the Retreat
Free time can be spent relaxing by the resort or private pools, utilising the fully equipped gym and health spa, enjoying the beachfront facilities, or simply taking time out to reflect, recharge and connect with fellow business leaders.
Morning session focused on Business Scorecards, KPI design, data literacy, data visualisation and data storytelling to bring strategy to life. Afternoon local cultural tour. Final formal group dinner.
Thursday Business Scorecards & Commercial Clarity
Morning yoga followed by finalisation of each participant’s Success Map, action plans and 90-Day Campaigns. Retreat close and departures at midday.
